Product description Outscore your opponent by making or extending Crib Hands with the tiles. A Crib Hand is a row of 2 to 5 tiles that combine to form cribbage points (runs, pairs and/or fifteens). [Scoring is similar to Cribbage.] Amazon.com Welcome to Kings Cribbage, an unusually effective blending of the age- old pasteboards-and-pegboard card game, with the crossword grid strategy of Scrabble. Players take turns building crib hands of two to five hardwood tiles, each bearing playing card rank--deuce through ace. As in Scrabble, players are allowed to add tiles from their rack to the ends of, or perpendicular to, existing plays on the rotating board. The scoring is virtually identical to cribbage--runs, pairs, 15s--with bonus points awarded to any player who can fashion a crib hand with tiles all the same color. With its deluxe, two-toned hardwood equipment (though the board is fashioned from less-than-regal plastic) and illustrated English/French rules, Kings Cribbage is a crowning achievement in challenging play. --Tony Mason

Received quickly and in perfect conditionVery fun game!My wife and I have enjoyed this game and played it for years. We ordered this new set because we wore out the old one (and lost one of the "3" tiles, LOL). This game is enchanting because it mixes good old fashioned luck with careful skill. We are both very competitive and have both become quite good at both offense and defense in this game. We are also snarky and really get into verbal jousting that comes in response to any exceptionally good plays.Gift to family, we love to play cribbage. Teaching Grandkids!!Great game! It is cribbage hand placed on a Scrabble type board.Love this game. This game makes you think and strategize a little more than your ordinary cribbage game. I've played with two people, who I think are master cribbage players - one picked this up right away, the other, took a little more time to understand the strategizing piece. Both loved it and said they will be buying their own copies. Scoring takes place with pencil and paper and can get tricky to capture everything, but you get used it. There were a few places where we wanted more rules, but overall, it's a great game.Love this game! We play card or board games almost every night. This game is reserved for those nights when we have a little extra time, since it definitely takes a little more focus and concentration than other favorites like Sequence, Skipbo and regular Cribbage. We're keeping a notebook of game scores with dates and significant bits of information like highest score, highest points for single move, etc. Several family members have already proven themselves masters at finding double or triple combinations, where tiles intersect with multiple previous plays! My brain sometimes hurts while playing this game, but I find it highly addictive at the same time! Definitely a winner in our household and certainly worth the purchase!Alert: I previously wrote that I was missing one tile, number 9/6. I found it! Sorry. It was under a chair. LarryThis game is better than scrabble and better than cribbage because it is both. It's a game that really makes you think, and the most diligent and thoughtful player will be the winner...presuming they pick up good tiles! I play this game with family and friends and I've never met anyone that doesn't enjoy it. It would not work with young children (unless adults did not want to enjoy playing) because it is mentally complex to some degree, but teenagers and above could get full value from the game. It's a simple board that rotates for every player to have it face them, and comes with nice wooden tiles and tile trays. Great!Excellent experience overall.Delivery was fast and the product arrived as advertised.Price for this game is very good compared to what I would pay at the local store. The game itself is age appropriate from older pre-teens to seniors. It's a great alpha/numeric combination of scrabble & cribbage. Game can be played by two three or four players.Quality plastic board and wooden tiles/tile holders will last a long time and are a nice touch from the typical 'modern' cardboard and flimsy pieces.I highly recommend buying this game for people who enjoy interactive family/friend activities.I love the game but I don't understand why the game doesn't come with separate 6 and 9 tiles. It shouldn't be too difficult to manufacture separate tiles. Also the "rotating game board" is a bit misleading. One is lead to assume it is on some type of rotating base....this is not the case. Other than that good game.My wife and I have been playing this game almost every night since the pandemic started. Was surprised how good the game was with only 2 players. Each game is so close too. We never know who is going to win until the last tile is placed. Well usually anyway :-) Looking for another game like this now. It's like my 2 favourite games got together and had a child and this is their baby. It's a lot of fun. I bought this for my mother after she played it at a friends and she loved it. The tiles come in a handy little bag and the quality is good. The board spins nicely. Only weird thing is the 'kings cribbage' logo is in the bottom corner so it takes up a a small square in the corner where the tile grid doesnt cover. TBH we just place the tiles there anyway cause it's silly :P
