The comfort size is big. Use caution if you are space limited. The blue multi stripes have a great look to them, not cheap at all. They are big enough for an adult and a kid to fit and swing.Asymbly was very fast. We opted for separate mounting hardware with a swivel and a spring which works great.The most comfortable piece of furniture I own. I’m so happy not to have to bring it in every evening. I did not do this with last two hammocks and they did not last one season. I’ll be buying a stand to hang it inside once the cold comes back. It’s too nice to keep in storage for 9 months out of the year. It also travels well. Took it camping and hammocks over a river.I purchased this product a year ago to use outdoors, and have been very pleased with its quality and comfort. It has been outside continously all but a couple of days (because of storm and high winds), and has held up very well to sun and weather and regular use. Much of the day it is in the shade, but it still gets a fair amount of Florida sun and heavy summer rains, and has maintained the bright color very well without fading. I highly recommend this hammock to anyone wanting good quality and comfort that will last.This is the second one I bought! They are sturdy and very roomy!This hammock chair is one of my favorite purchases in a long time. I always thought my front porch rocking chairs were the best place for relaxing and sipping wine, but they have been soundly upstaged by my new hammock. It is so incredibly comfortable, providing a great fit and great support for even tall people. (I got the comfort size and it is very roomy.) I never thought I'd prefer a hammock chair to a regular hammock but the more upright posture makes it better for reading and conversation time while still offering a super relaxing experience. I'm working on figuring out a way to add more to my porch as my friends love it too - it's very hard to get someone out of it once they try it! It was very easy to hang, with great instructions and a cool adjustable slidey thingy to get it to the preferred height. I did attach a carabiner so I can take it down easily if it gets too windy so it won't fly around and hit my window. It's super high quality and matches my house great (I have the green stripe version.) I expect it will last a long time, unless I wear it out since I sit in it so much!I was looking for a cozy place to read books with my toddler in the afternoon sun and that would make our front porch more inviting. This is that chair. My toddler loves being in it with me and both my husband and I find it VERY comfortable. As others have noted, everyone wants to be in the chair. The color is fantastic. The fabric is slightly rough but seems very durable. We've only had it a week but it seems to be sturdy, though I cannot attest to that in the long term. My husband purchased and installed the hardware we used to affix it to the ceiling. I was debating between the two sizes and ultimately happy we went with this smaller size as to not overwhelm the space—I measured out the 3' versus 5' cross bar before purchasing. This one is JUST big enough. Love it. Exactly what I was looking for.I bought the oversize and glad I did. My dog jumps up and sits with me while I read. It is comfortable in an upright position. I do not lean too far back but at the same time it is comfortable enough for a snooze. I bought the weather resistant one and yes it is a bit scratchy on bare skin. Not too bad though.Comfortable, easy to install, sturdy, lovely chair! I very much enjoy relaxing in this hammock chair, and so does my 5 year old grandson. He likes to spin in circles a bit more than I do, though. The wooden bar across the top makes it lots more comfortable for sitting than our older hammock, which I guess was more intended for reclining. (We did purchase, at the hardware store, a sturdy hook, a carabiner and a foot of metal chain for hanging the chair, because it makes adjusting the height as easy as moving to another loop of the chain.) I also really like the soothing green and beige colors when I see it out the window. Highly recommended!Update. So comfortable and fun, it’s a year later and I just bought a second one!Ich habe schon lange ein Auge auf die Hängesessel von La Siesta geworfen. Berichten zufolge sollen diese besonders robust und hochwertig sein. Es sollte ein Outdoor-Hängesessel sein, und der größte verfügbare Sessel sollte es werden. So haben wir uns für dieses Modell entschieden.Aufgehangen haben wir ihn auf der Terasse an der Unterseite unseres Balkons des ersten Stocks.Fall jemand an den Komponenten Interesse hat:In den Balkon haben wir einen Betonanker M10 x 100 gehämmert.Auf den Betonanker haben wir eine M10 Ringmutter geschraubt.An Die Ringmutter haben wir einen Karabiner gehangen.In den Karabiner haben wir eine 360 Grad drehende Öse befestigtDort haben wir mit einem weiteren Karabiner eine Kette befestigt an die wir dann mit einem weiteren Karabiner den Sessel gehangen haben.Das sind ganz schön viele Einzelteile, aber es hat sich gelohnt. Man muss bei den Einzelteilen natürlich auf die entsprechende Belastungsmöglichkeit achten.Der Sessel selbst ist super bequem, hat genau die richtige Größe um auch als 185cm großer Mensch darin Platz zu finden (2m wären sich auch kein Problem). Es ist super entspannend leicht herumgeschaukelt zu werden und kann dort bequem mehrere Stunden drin liegen bleiben, ohne das einem etwas einschläft, außer vielleicht der ganze Mensch :-)Wir überlegen tatsächlich, ob wir einen zweiten kaufen, den wir dann ins Wohnzimmer hängen, neben den Kamin.Der Outdoorsessel war nun eine ganze Saison draußen. Regen kriegt er nur ein wenig ab, aber Sonne die ganze Zeit. Die Farbe hat sich dadurch nicht verändert und mit Regen hat der Sessel auch keine Probleme. Wir freuen uns schon, wenn wir ihn langsam wieder hinaushängen können, denn die Tage werden ja nun auch wieder schöner.Absolute Kaufempfehlung und absolut sein Geld wert!!!Also zuerst sei gesagt ich habe mir die Entscheidung nicht leicht gemacht und habe viele Rezensionen gelesen. Aus heutiger Sicht sage ich, alles richtig gemacht. Muss zugeben am Anfang hat der Stoff ganz schön gestunken also ab in die Waschmaschine und alles war gut. Man kann sich richtig reinrutschen und es ist mein Ruheplatz zum lesen, Musik hören, relaxen, selbst der Hund liebt es.Ottima amaca, questa è la seconda che compro. Metto 4 stelle perché hanno cambiato il tessuto, la prima era di ottimo cotone resistente, questa è di tessuto sintetico, asciuga prima se per caso piove, è bello e resistente ma io lo 'sento' nell'incavo delle ginocchia quando sono seduta e mi dondolo o se appoggio il viso quando mi ci corico dentro. Sehr gute Verarbeitung.Sehr bequem zum Sitzen und zum Liegen.Entpannung pur, ich möchte gar nicht mehr aufstehen.Super Hängestuhl! Sehr einfach und schnell zu montieren. Der Stoff fühlt sich sehr gut an, obwohl es keine Baumwolle ist. Er riecht auch nicht unangenehm. Man kann drin sitzen oder auch liegen und es ist sehr bequem und perfekt zum entspannen. Obwohl ich nur 1.65m bin, bereue ich es nicht, diesen großen Stuhl gewählt zu haben, da man sehr viel Platz hat und nicht eingeengt wird. Es ist mein erster Hängestuhl aber ich vermute mal, dass mir ein kleinerer zu eng wäre. Die Stange ist recht lang, d.h. Man benötigt schon einiges an Platz um den Stuhl optimal nutzen zu können, im Garten ist er perfekt, für unserem Balkon ist er doch ein bisschen zu gross und man stößt an der Wand an. Prakisch ist, dass man ihn einfach hängen lassen kann und sich wegen Feuchtigkeit keine Gedanken machen muss. Auch die Farben gefallen mir sehr gut und sind perfekt für den Sommer. Ich würde ihn sofort wieder kaufen!
